2. Purpose<\/h2>\n

These general terms and conditions of sale (T) apply to any guesthouse room reservation made on the kergrove-guesthouse.com website. Any reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T, which the customer acknowledges having read before confirming their order.<\/p>\n

3. Accommodation and Services<\/h2>\n

Ker Grove offers three rooms (Marine, Romantique, and Suite), each designed for 2 adults. Breakfast is included in the price of each overnight stay. The rooms are located upstairs. The number of people cannot exceed the stated capacity for the reserved room.<\/p>\n

4. Prices<\/h2>\n

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, per night and per room. A cleaning fee of \u20ac50 is added once per stay, regardless of its duration. The total price of the stay is displayed before the reservation is confirmed.<\/p>\n

Tourist tax:<\/strong> it is not included in the price paid online. It amounts to \u20ac5 per adult per night and is payable on-site during the stay.<\/p>\n

5. Reservation and Payment<\/h2>\n

Reservations are made online: select dates and room, enter contact details, accept these T, then proceed to payment. The total amount of the stay is paid in full at the time of reservation, by credit card, via the secure Stripe payment solution. Ker Grove never has access to credit card data.<\/p>\n

The reservation is firm and final upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is then sent to the customer.<\/p>\n

6. Absence of Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

In accordance with Article L221-28, 12\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or for a determined period. Only the cancellation conditions below apply.<\/p>\n

7. Cancellation by the Customer<\/h2>\n

All cancellations must be made in writing, by email to ogauthey@dp2i.eu<\/a>, or using the cancellation link in the confirmation email. The date of receipt of the request will be considered valid.<\/p>\n
