2. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (T) apply to any guesthouse room reservation made on the kergrove-guesthouse.com website. Any reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T, which the customer acknowledges having read before confirming their order.
3. Accommodation and Services
Ker Grove offers three rooms (Marine, Romantique, and Suite), each designed for 2 adults. Breakfast is included in the price of each overnight stay. The rooms are located upstairs. The number of people cannot exceed the stated capacity for the reserved room.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, per night and per room. A cleaning fee of €50 is added once per stay, regardless of its duration. The total price of the stay is displayed before the reservation is confirmed.
Tourist tax: it is not included in the price paid online. It amounts to €5 per adult per night and is payable on-site during the stay.
5. Reservation and Payment
Reservations are made online: select dates and room, enter contact details, accept these T, then proceed to payment. The total amount of the stay is paid in full at the time of reservation, by credit card, via the secure Stripe payment solution. Ker Grove never has access to credit card data.
The reservation is firm and final upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is then sent to the customer.
6. Absence of Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or for a determined period. Only the cancellation conditions below apply.
7. Cancellation by the Customer
All cancellations must be made in writing, by email to ogauthey@dp2i.eu, or using the cancellation link in the confirmation email. The date of receipt of the request will be considered valid.
- Cancellation 14 days or more before the arrival date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: no refund.
- No-show on the day of arrival: no refund.
- Shortened stay or early departure: no refund for unused nights.
Refunds are made to the credit card used for payment, within 14 days following the cancellation.
8. Cancellation by the Establishment
Should Ker Grove cancel a reservation, the customer would be refunded the full amount paid, within 14 days.
9. Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 3 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 AM on the day of departure. In case of late arrival, the customer is requested to notify by phone or email.
10. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to use the premises peacefully and to respect the house rules. Any damage caused by the customer may be billed to them.
11. Complaints and Mediation
Any complaint must be addressed in writing to ogauthey@dp2i.eu. In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the customer may resort to a consumer mediator free of charge.
12. Personal Data
Data collected during the reservation is used solely to manage the stay. It is never resold. The customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data, which they can exercise at ogauthey@dp2i.eu.
13. Applicable Law
These TCs are subject to French law.
